MEET & GREET SERVICE
You will be met in the arrivals hall by the car hire representative. Once rental agents complete the relevant documentation you will be given directions to your holiday accommodation and shown to your hire vehicle.

CAR HIRE BOOKING CONDITIONS
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The cost of one driver, unlimited mileage, unlimited cover of public liability plus property damage, cover for loss by fire or theft, free island map & 24 hour breakdown service.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
The following extras are to be paid locally to HERTZ Rent-A-Car on arrival. Fuel (no refund for unused fuel) & Collision Damage Insurance (CDI).
YOUR INSURANCE OPTIONS
HERTZ Rent-A-Car provides public liability insurance cover in respect of injury to other persons or damage to their property. The insurance also covers loss by fire and theft of the hire vehicle. Under the terms of the rental agreement you are responsible for the full repair/replacement cost of the vehicle whilst it is on hire to you, regardless of how this damage was caused. Collision Damage Insurance (CDI) insures you against liability to HERTZ Rent-A-Car under the terms of the rental agreement. Some rentals remain subject to an excess of £100 of each and every claim.
CDI & Theft Protection. Groups A, B, C, D & Z approximately £7.50 per day. All other groups approximately £9.50 per day. CDI, Theft Protection & CDI Excess waiver. Groups A, B, C, D & Z approximately £9 per day. All other groups approximately £11 per day
SUPPLEMENTS
The following extras are to be paid localy to HERTZ Rent-A-Car on arrival. Baby seat £2 per day, Booster seat £1 per day, Single day hire charge £5 over and above the daily rate, Additional driver £5.50 per rental
The following extra to be paid to PTGH at time of booking. Delivery charge to accommodation £5.
PICK UP & RETURN
At Airport or Harbour on arrival and departure.
HIRE CONDITIONS
Hirer must be at least 20 years of age for groups A to C (25 years for all other groups) and under 80 years and a holder of a current full driving licence from your country of residence dated at least 12 months before the start of hire.International licences are not acceptable. Endorsements must be declared at the time of booking and are subject to acceptance by the hire car company. Failure to declare endorsements at the time of booking or to produce your full driving licence (see below) when picking up your hire vehicle will result in hire being refused. No refund will be made. If you have the new style UK driving licence (credit card/photo ID style) you will be aware that it comes in two parts. The first part is the credit card size ID card, showing your licence, name and details. The second part comes in the form of paperwork and lists any driving convictions etc. Both parts must be produced at the time of booking.
