About Guernsey

Activities
They may be small but there’s no shortage of things to do in the islands.

Guernsey, Herm, Sark and Alderney offer enough walking routes to last a lifetime. Some come with qualified guides, to uncover the secrets of the islands’ intriguing past.

Another perfect way to explore the islands is on two wheels. Guernsey has a network of lanes, known as Ruettes Tranquilles, which give priority to cyclists as well as walkers and horse riders, whilst Sark’s car free routes are a pedaller’s paradise.

Islanders love sport and there are plenty of opportunities to indulge in your favourite activity. As well as all the more familiar sports, Guernsey offers first class angling and scuba diving, plus wave and windsurfing, whilst flocks of resting migrants mean that bird watchers also have plenty to look forward to.

Ask any local - there’s always another day’s worth of things to do in Guernsey.
