Co-ordination and concentration are all you need to try your hand at one of history’s oldest sports. There’s no bar on age or experience with archery and you certainly don’t need Herculean strength. Every family member, from young to old can join local experts to learn to shoot with a bow and arrow. You can learn the basics, from how to handle the bow to where to aim, in a short space of time, then practice makes perfect!
Join the Elite Company of Bowmen on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30 pm, between May and August at Field 91, Crabbé, St Mary. Between September and April, the sport is practised at Range No. 1, Fort Regent. No set age limits.

The Jersey Archery Society also meets on Wednesday evenings from 18:00 - 20:00 hrs May to September and on Thursdays 19:30 - 21:30 hrs throughout the winter. Age 10+. Pre-booking essential.
